- Brewers Yeast Mask; Make a paste using the yeast and a small amount of warm water.
- Carrot Mask; Carrots are excellent skin mask for acne and blemishes due to its Vit.A content. Boil 1large carrot and mash it, or process in a food processor. Add 5 tablespoons of honey and / or yogurt (optional). Apply gently, in an upward motion. Leave on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Finish with a final rinse of witch hazel or the vinegar pH restorer.
- Honey Yogurt Facial; Mix the honey in yogurt, apply to face. Leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse well.
- Honey Mask; Mix 1 teaspoon of Honey with 1 teaspoon of wheat-germ oil. Massage a small amount into skin.
- Lemon/Egg Mask. Squeeze half a lemon and mix the juice with one beaten egg white. Apply to face avoiding the area around the eyes. Leave on your face overnight or if during the day, for about 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
- Oatmeal Facial; Make a creamy paste of oatmeal and full cream milk. Apply to face, let dry completely. Remove by very gently rubbing off with your fingers.
- Papaya Skin Treatment; A fresh skin of papaya rub on the face will remove dead, flaky skin.
- Strawberry Mask; A fresh mashed strawberry applied as a face mask will deeply cleanse the pores.
- Tomato Mask; Use mashed or sliced tomato for enlarged pores.
- Yogurt Mask; Apply natural un-flavored yogurt adding honey and/or oatmeal if desired.
